When you join the Waddle waitlist, we collect the email address that you provide.

We do not currently collect dating profile information, identification documents, payment information or other sensitive personal information through the waitlist website.

2. How we use your information

We may use your email address to:

• notify you when Waddle launches;
• provide information about early access or availability;
• send occasional updates about Waddle, including product or launch news; and
• respond to requests relating to your personal data.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Our legal basis for using your information

Where you join the Waddle waitlist and ask to receive launch information or updates, we process your email address on the basis of your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your consent was withdrawn.

4. How to withdraw from the waitlist

You can ask us to remove your email address from the Waddle waitlist or stop sending you updates at any time by emailing outreach@waddledates.com.

We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible.

Where marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, you may also use that link to stop receiving those emails.

5. How long we keep your information

We will retain your email address for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Waddle waitlist and communicate with you about the launch, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

Once the waitlist is no longer required, we will either delete the information or ask you whether you would like to continue receiving communications from Waddle where appropriate.

6. Sharing your information

We may use trusted service providers to help operate our website, store waitlist information or send emails.

Those providers may process your information only as necessary to provide services to us and must handle personal information appropriately.

We do not sell or rent the waitlist to advertisers or other businesses.
